Why an Engineering Study?

Through your day to day activities there is always something that you seek others for their opinion.  It may be a paint color, a tie or a vacation spot.  It is not that you cannot make the decision on your own, it is just good, at times, to have the advice of others.  This applies to your plant as well.  You walk through the facility day in and day out and do not always see the issues that have accumulated over the years.  This is where you should seek out the advice of others.  Allow someone to walk through your plant and ask those ugly questions:

Why have you not replaced the worn out furnace ducting?

When did you extend the pouring line and did anyone evaluate whether the ductwork can take the additional volume?

The dust collector that was on the sand system cannot necessarily ventilate other processes at the same volume, has anyone looked at the air to cloth ratio or the fan RPM?

Is your indoor air quality up to par?

Is your air pollution control system operating efficiently?

These are just a few of the topics that can be looked at during an engineering study.  An engineering study can be as broad or specific as you want.  It can look at the entire facility and come up with a 5-10 year plan or it can evaluate a specific process or particular piece of equipment such as the industrial dust collector or hood.

By allowing ETA Engineering to evaluate your plant, you can get the information that you are seeking to clean up your plant or lower maintenance dollars.

Call ETA Engineering at 800.988.2656 to schedule your engineering study today.
