ETA recently installed two (2) dust collection systems to ventilate a new aluminum melting and holding furnace along with an aluminum rotary furnace. The dust collection systems are rated at 88,000 ACFM with 350 HP motor and 61,000 ACFM with 200 HP motor. The systems were a complete turnkey installation: ductwork, control dampers, pre-coat silo, motor control center with building, complete electrical control system to optimize the ventilation. ETA Industrial installed the dust collectors and auxiliary equipment. The dual dust collection system was enclosed at the base and the upper service platform. This allows for maintenance to perform PM’s and other task without any concerns of outside weather conditions.
